Log into your account and submit a return request through our Support Center with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, then ship it to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the device; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
